Refund policy
Return, Exchange & Damage Policy
We do not offer refunds. We only offer exchanges or store credit (gift cards) for eligible items.
To qualify, items must be returned within 15 days of delivery, in the same condition received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Returns must be requested in advance by contacting us at diluci.canada@gmail.com. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
You must inspect your order on the day you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us the same day of delivery by email and include clear photos showing the issue. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized products, perishable goods, personal care goods, or hazardous materials.
Resolution
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will issue either:

an exchange (if stock is available), or
-
a store credit (gift card) equal to the item value.
